Executive Bios

Howard B. Katz - Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2005. Mr. Katz was Chief Executive Officer of ViewPoint Exams International, Inc., and Imagine Networks, Inc. He has over 35 years of operating, financial and senior management experience, in both public and private companies. Mr. Katz has been a principal in, or helped consummate, numerous public offerings and other successful business ventures. He received an MBA from New York University.

Solon L. Kandel - President and Director since 2005. Mr. Kandel has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of The Ashwood Group, L.L.C., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Independent Wireless One, Inc. Mr. Kandel performed corporate and banking transactions law for several years and was a Senior Attorney at McCaw Cellular Communications. Mr. Kandel received a JD from Rutgers University School of Law and is a Truman Scholar.

Vincent Colangelo - Chief Financial Officer since 2005. Mr. Colangelo was the President and Principal Consultant of Weston Business Advisors, Inc. and President of Cartridge World Florida. Mr. Colangelo has over 35 years of financial executive and operational management experience. He received an MBA and a BBA from Iona College and is a New York State CPA.

Stephen M. Weiss - Chief Operating Officer and formerly Chief Technology Officer since 2005. Mr. Weiss was the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Technology Corporation and Chief Technology Officer at Imagine Networks, Inc. He was also a Vice President at Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Weiss received a BA from Buffalo State College.

Gerard Maresca - Vice President of Business Development since 2005. Mr. Maresca has operated a technology and business consulting company called GMAR, Inc. and was the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer the company responsible for development of our products. Mr. Maresca has 28 years of technology, engineering, and program management experience. He received a BSEC from Brooklyn Polytech, an MSCS from Columbia University; he holds five U.S. patents and has published.
