Sample ReportsThese are only some of the reports available from MDwerks to help Providers manage their business. The following examples have test data and are used for illustrative purposes only. Provider Snap Shot - shows a summary of submitted claims and remittance by Payer and any debits or credits to the Provider. It displays a complete “snapshot” of the practices business. See an example Provider Snap Shot Report. Statement Detail - provides a summary of the state of all claims submitted, whether they are open or closed including remittance information. See an example Statement Detail Report. Remittance Advice - displays remittance information received by Payer. By clicking on a claim Id, you automatically get the Claim Information Center displaying the remittance advice. You can use the CIC to see all the data relevant to the claim without having to navigate to other parts of the system, simplifying the information to see how you have been paid. Claims Aging with Status - lists open claims and their status by age of date submitted i.e. 1 – 30 days, 31 – 60 days etc. See an example Claim Aging with Status Report. Navigating information is easily performed using the reports. From any report, you can click on a claim identifier and the Claim Information Center is displayed. The Claim Information Center can be used to review all the information the system has for the claim such as status or remittance information.
